Terms of Service - Katie Browder Person Consulting

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Katie Browder Person ("Consultant," "we," "us," or "our") and the individual or entity ("Client," "you," or "your") accessing our website, purchasing our products, or engaging our consulting and training services.

By accessing www.katiebrowderperson.com, booking a one-on-one R.E.S.U.L.T.S. strategy session (each, a “Session”), or purchasing materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must cease use of our website and services immediately.

1. Introduction (Services + Website)

These Terms govern (a) your purchase and participation in one-on-one R.E.S.U.L.T.S. strategy sessions and (b) your use of our website, www.katiebrowderperson.com (the “Website”).

Consultant provides leadership and communication consulting services, including but not limited to:

  • The R.E.S.U.L.T.S. Method™: A proprietary framework for clarity and accountability.
  • Training & Workshops: Programs such as "Lead with Language," intergenerational management, and team-building.
  • Consulting: One-on-one executive coaching and organizational strategic consulting.
  • Digital & Physical Products: Books, audio coaching modules, and specialized training materials.
  • KAT AI: A custom AI assistant provided for daily leadership support.

2. Session Scheduling, Rescheduling & Forfeiture

  • Booking: A link to your Session will be sent via email after booking.
  • Missing Link: If you do not receive a link to our meeting, please contact our AI assistant at 1-614-412-1541 to request one.
  • Rescheduling (24+ hours): You may reschedule a Session with at least 24 hours’ notice by requesting the change via 1-614-412-1541.
  • Rescheduling (within 24 hours): Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the Session time are not permitted and the Session fee will be forfeited.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, and methodologies, including The R.E.S.U.L.T.S. Method™ and all related proprietary frameworks, books, audio modules, tools, worksheets, prompts, and training content (collectively, “Materials”), are owned exclusively by Katie Browder Person.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Materials for your own personal and/or professional growth. You may not copy, record, distribute, share, post, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Materials (in whole or in part) without our prior written permission.

4. KAT AI Usage

  • Nature of Service: KAT AI is a custom AI tool designed for support and guidance. While built on professional expertise, it is an automated system.
  • User Conduct: You agree not to use KAT AI for any unlawful purpose or to attempt to reverse-engineer the tool.
  • Disclaimer: KAT AI provides suggestions based on the R.E.S.U.L.T.S. Method™; final professional decisions remain the sole responsibility of the Client.

5. Payment & Fees (100% Upfront)

  • Standard Fee: $150 per Session.
  • Introductory Fee: $100 for your first Session.
  • Upfront Payment Required: All fees must be paid 100% upfront to secure your booking. If payment is not received in full, your Session is not booked.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep Session details and any non-public information shared during a Session private and confidential, unless disclosure is required by law.

7. Refund Policy (No Refunds)

All payments are strictly non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any reason once a Session is booked and paid for.

8. Consulting Disclaimer & Liability

  • Strategic Guidance Only: Sessions provide strategic guidance and communication support. You are solely responsible for all business decisions, actions, and implementation.
  • No Guaranteed Outcomes: Results are based on your effort, decisions, and implementation. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
  • No Professional Advice: Sessions and Materials are for educational and informational purposes and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, medical, or mental health advice.
  • No Liability for Losses: Consultant is not liable for any financial, business, or other losses arising from or related to the Sessions, the Materials, or The R.E.S.U.L.T.S. Method™.
  • Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Consultant’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a Session is limited to the amount paid for that specific Session.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

9. Modifications

Consultant reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
